Every service begins the same way.
Assessment
We open the case, examine the movement and seals, and form a view of what is needed. This is explained to you plainly before anything else is discussed.
Written Scope
If you choose to proceed, we set out the work to be done and its cost in writing. Nothing begins without your agreement to that document.
Careful Work
The work is carried out at the pace it requires. You are notified on completion and given a summary of what was done and any observations for future care.
Service 01
Basic Diagnostic and Service
A gentle starting point for any watch that is behaving oddly, beginning with a careful diagnosis followed by a standard service if the owner wishes to proceed. We open the case, assess the movement and seals, clean and lubricate as needed, and regulate the timing.
Helpful for owners who are unsure what their watch needs and would like an honest opinion first. The assessment is explained plainly, with no obligation to continue, and a service warranty applies to any work carried out.

Service 02
Water Resistance and Seal Service
A practical service for watches worn near water or simply in daily life, focused on restoring the seals that keep moisture and dust out. We replace gaskets, attend to the crown and case back, and test the watch's resistance where its design allows.
Recommended for dive-style and sports watches as well as everyday pieces. Any required parts and costs are confirmed before work begins, and honest advice is given on what level of water contact is sensible afterward.

Service 03
Full Restoration of Treasured Watches
A complete and careful restoration for watches of personal or collectible importance, combining a movement overhaul with conservation of original features. The work can include sourcing period parts, addressing wear and corrosion, and refreshing the exterior to the degree the owner prefers.
Suited to heirlooms and pieces with a story worth keeping. Each project opens with an unhurried assessment and a clear written plan, and is carried out at a pace that respects fine, detailed work.
